MacMachine Some edited footages I shot during a New York City trip for Human Rights Watch International Film Festival and the New York Asian Film Festival in June 2005. Nearly mugged wandering around. It's a little tribute to this lovely city and people but NOT to Bush and his administration. It got this wonderful creative aura energy that hard to explain. Anyway, this video here will tell on how I felt being in the "City That Never Sleeps". Edited with the background music of U2 from the album "All that you can't leave behind, New York - 2000 ".

Islamic Sufism BroadcastCurrently I produce or direct people-driven stories and news related to muslims.net in MIDDLE EAST and ASIA PACIFIC for a global broadcaster in HD High Definition. Six Most Haunted Places in Singapore 2008

changi_sepital.jpg
" moody creepy shot of Changi Hospital "

1. Old Changi Hospital
The Japanese army occupied this building during World War II. After the war, the sepital went through many administrations and name changes. In 1976, the Singapore Armed Forces Sepital combined with the Changi Chalet Hospital to form Changi Sepital and thus was demilitarised. In January 1997, the sepital moved to its new location in Simei. Since then, Changi Sepital has remained empty and in absolute darkness. Some say you can still smell the antiseptic used during the war.

" the old hindu burial site is the spookiest of all "

2. Choa Chu Kang Cemetery
This is the last place in Singapore where the dead are still being buried. Visitors can see tomb exhumations and places with ‘freshly buried’ corpses. However, mediums warn people not to venture anywhere near the area at night, as angry spirits and lost souls still linger.

" tombstones circa late 1880s, forgotten tombs with overgrowth "

3. Kopi Hill aka Bukit Brown Cemetery
George Henry Brown, who arrived by ship in the 19th century, owned this plot of land, which was used to grow coffee. In 1872, three Ong clansmen from Bai Jiao village, China, bought it and donated it to Hokkien clansmen for dwelling, farming and as a burial ground. Some people claim to have seen a spectre here in the form of an old lady, clad in a red cheongsam and fanning herself while sitting on top of a tombstone.

the buildings in the Punggol area that is
worthy of conservation "

4. The Punggol House
Officially known as the Matilda House, the area was given conservation status on 21 February 2000. When it was set to be demolished for the construction of the LRT/ MRT line, a chain email told the story of three workers who died while trying to demolish it. The building is surrounded by trees, and a lady with long hair has been spotted sitting in their branches.

" you would-en want to be here alone at night "

5. The Pasir Ris Swamp
It’s one of two swamps in Singapore, the other being Sungei Buloh. During the day, crowds of students led by guides look out for mud-skippers, mud lobsters and crabs. When night falls, voices can be heard calling your name and the ghost from a fatal jump haunts the now-infamous four-storey Birdwatch Tower.

spot moment with some of the girls...more story will be posted
later about Mt Sofia, Emely Park, Nan Hua Campus and the
Selegie Campus. Still looking for my old photos if any... "

Mick Foley, a.k.a. Mankind, a.k.a. Cactus Jack, a.k.a. Dude Love

" Mick Foley, a.k.a. Mankind, a.k.a. Cactus Jack, a.k.a. Dude Love
vs Hatzputra Kampong Tempe a.k.a. Singapore Geek "

I was going through my old stuffs which I had not touch for years. Came across this old tape which was done in MediaCorp for client SportsCity in Singapore. I design & build the backdrop and stage for there shows promos. At the last minute, I was asked to be the nerd fighting Mike Foley for there On-air trailers which will be shown on Singapore TV. Done by my good buddies Harry Teper and Alson Ho. Wonder where Harry is...

Yeah, that what I did to please my client... showing my nipples in national television. And you wouldn't want to know what else I did for a client.

Mike Foley has wrestled for many different promotions, both under his real name and under various personas (most notably Cactus Jack, Mankind and Dude Love). He is the first ever WWF Hardcore Champion and became a three-time WWF Champion as Mankind. He is also one of the most successful tag team wrestlers in history, being an eight-time WWF Tag Team Champion, a two-time ECW World Tag Team Champion, and a one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion, being the only man in history to hold the world tag team titles of WWE, ECW, and WCW under their original banners. Foley has also won many other championships outside of WWE, WCW and the original ECW.

pirate
“ Better to be a Pirate than to join the Navy ”

Steve Jobs - Referring to the pirate flag that flew over Apple’s headquaters in 1983. I believe that quote was one of three keyphrases for a large Apple meeting/conference, and the Pirate flag was attached to the Macintosh building after that meeting. So the flag was actually a reaction to that.
