MacMachine Some edited footages I shot during a New York City trip for Human Rights Watch International Film Festival and the New York Asian Film Festival in June 2005. Nearly mugged wandering around. It's a little tribute to this lovely city and people but NOT to Bush and his administration. It got this wonderful creative aura energy that hard to explain. Anyway, this video here will tell on how I felt being in the "City That Never Sleeps". Edited with the background music of U2 from the album "All that you can't leave behind, New York - 2000 ".

'Malaysia Today' hacked again on 2nd July 2008

" defaced web page of Malaysia Today website "

Raja Petra Kamarudin popular political blog " Malaysia Today " was hacked this morning and the poor Internet connection affecting several areas in Malaysia has also affected efforts to restore the website. Hacked by the Asshole Hackers group GasakdotNet, visitors are greeted by a smiling Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad dressed in army fatigues, an obvious picture alteration to the Mel Gibson movie poster “We Were Soldiers.”

I was logged out for a couple of hours, but manage to get in with overseas proxy server. Try accessing Malaysia Today website from this address http://202.73.10.175

But due to denial-of-service attack (DoS attack) or distributed denial-of-service attack (DDoS attack) by certain quarters, which is an attempt to make a Malaysia Today server computer resource unavailable to its users-(rakyat Malaysia that wanted to know the truth). Because of this attempt, services are temporarily unavailable. The people there are working frantically to restore it. Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more
than just your articles? I mean, what you say
is valuable and all. But just imagine if you added some great images or videos
to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this blog could certainly
be one of the greatest in its field. Awesome blog!

pirate
“ Better to be a Pirate than to join the Navy ”

Steve Jobs - Referring to the pirate flag that flew over Apple’s headquaters in 1983. I believe that quote was one of three keyphrases for a large Apple meeting/conference, and the Pirate flag was attached to the Macintosh building after that meeting. So the flag was actually a reaction to that.
